Policies

A deposit of 50% of final price is due before a project can begin, the remainder is due upon delivery of your piece.

• Any type of wood finish inherently will wear overtime, no mater what type of product is used, so, that being said, no furniture carries a warranty of any kind on finish.

• Minimum lead time on most projects (i.e. Dining Tables) is one month, and is dependent upon project and size.

• Personal delivery is included for central California, outside that range, a shipping quote will be provided.

• All items are subject to the 9.25% sales tax here in Santa Cruz, California.
